INGREDIENTS

1 orange wheel
1 lemon wheel
½ oz simple syrup
4 oz apple cider
Garnish with a raspberry, half wheel of orange and/or lemon,
and/or sprigs of mint

RECIPE

Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Muddle your orange and lemon wheels in a cocktail shaker with the simple syrup. Add the cider and ice. Shake until frosty. Strain over the ice-filled glass. Garnish with the raspberry, a fresh half wheel of lemon and orange, and/or mint. Don’t forget to smack that mint, my friend.
