  • a book cover image
  • an author photo
  • to book an author engagement

3. Your name, phone number and the name of your company or business association.

4. If you are requesting a review copy or promotional information please include your mailing address.

5. If you are requesting an author photo or a book cover image please include the following.

  • File resolution
  • File format
  • Final print size
